A cuvée made from the PIWI varieties Souvignier Gris, Cabernet Blanc and Bronner

Nose: Vanilla, apple, fruity

Mouth: smooth, fresh, low in acidity

Expansion: Hand-picked and whole grapes pressed immediately. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and left to rest on the lees until hand-bottling.
