Riesling
A true Riesling without much fuss: hand-harvested, direct whole-cluster pressing, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast, aged on the lees for 9 months. Unfiltered, unfined, with only minimal sulfur.
The result is a fresh, vibrant Riesling with clear stone fruit and citrus notes, fine minerality, and invigorating acidity – all with low alcohol. Pure, unadulterated, and full of energy.
Sonnengruss
A sunny greeting from the Rheingau: Our fresh cuvée made from the PIWI varieties Souvignier Gris, Cabernet Blanc, and Bronner, entirely hand-harvested and pressed immediately as whole bunches. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees until bottling.
The result is an inviting, approachable wine with vanilla and apple notes on the nose, smooth, fresh, and low in acidity on the palate – all with moderate alcohol and a fine balance. A wine that effortlessly whets the appetite for more and exudes pure drinking pleasure.
Rose
Rosé as it comes from the vineyard: Pinot Noir and Cabernet Cortis, hand-picked, pressed as whole bunches and spontaneously fermented. Aged for 8 months on the lees, unfiltered, unfined and only minimally sulfured – pure rosé, unadulterated in expression.
In the glass, it displays ripe berry and red fruit notes, along with subtle herbal spice and lively freshness. On the palate, it is juicy, clear, and invigorating.
Krieger Riesling
A characterful wine that shows what Riesling can do: hand-picked grapes from the best sites, 48 hours of maceration, then spontaneously fermented in barrique, unfiltered, unfined and bottled by hand.
In the glass, it unfolds stone fruit and ripe mirabelle plums, accompanied by elegant, buttery nuances. On the palate, it reveals depth and structure, delicate fruit, a lingering finish, and a vibrant balance between acidity and subtle complexity – a Riesling that unites intensity and authenticity.
Pure, unadulterated and with a clear signature – a natural wine that authentically makes ambition and enjoyment tangible.
Magic Mash
PIWI with true character – hand-picked, spontaneously fermented with 30 days of skin contact, and then aged for an extended period. 100% Souvignier Gris, a wine that expresses itself through its intense interplay of skins and lees. Unfined, unfiltered, and bottled by hand.
In the glass, it displays spicy, herbal aromas and dense, earthy fruit, carried by the maceration. On the palate, complexity combines with exceptional drinkability – a wine that makes natural wine tangible in its wild, authentic form: unadulterated, impulsive, and full of depth.
Riesling semi-dry
Hand-picked grapes, spontaneously fermented, filtered after ripening, and bottled clear. Fruity aromas of yellow apple, peach, and a delicate citrus note meet a balanced, gentle residual sweetness. Fresh, round, and easy to drink on the palate – a Riesling that offers pure enjoyment and lightness.
Prana Red
The grapes come from our best Pinot Noir vineyard and were hand-harvested. Spontaneously fermented, the wine then matured carefully to optimally combine fruit, spice, and structure. The result is a Pinot Noir that is clear, juicy, and complex at the same time.
In the glass, it displays red berries, cherry, and subtle spice notes, accompanied by fine tannins that make the wine smooth and elegant. On the palate, freshness combines with depth, leaving a long and harmonious finish – a wine for discerning moments of enjoyment, delightful both on its own and paired with fine cuisine.
Pet Nat
Hand-picked, directly pressed, and spontaneously fermented, then further fermented in the bottle – entirely without artificial carbonation. The result is a delicately sparkling, playful explosion of bubbles that makes you want another sip.
In the glass: citrus, green apple, and a hint of quince, along with a light yeasty note that lends it personality. On the palate, lively, juicy, and full of energy – a Pét Nat that's fun, effervescent, and anything but tame.
Extra brut sparkling wine
Our sparkling wine debut is made from 100% Riesling, produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation and stored on the lees until unfiltered sparkling wine production.
In the glass, it displays citrus fruit and green apple, accompanied by a fine, persistent perlage. On the palate, it is invigorating, fresh, and elegantly dry, with a clear structure and characteristic acidity – a sparkling wine that combines typical Rheingau freshness and precision.
