A fruity, exceptional rosé made from 50/50 Pinot Noir and Cabernet Cortis.

Nose: Fruity, complex, with light herbal notes

Mouth: subtle tannins, acidic, light

Expansion: Hand-picked and pressed immediately. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and left to rest on the lees until hand-bottling.
