Our sparkling wine debut. A sparkling wine made from 100% Riesling grapes. Traditional bottle fermentation. First fermentation spontaneous. Dosage 3g/l. Unfiltered.

Nose: Citrus fruits, green apple

Mouth: invigorating, acidic, fresh

Production: Hand-picked Riesling grapes, pressed directly. Aged in stainless steel on the lees until unfiltered sparkling wine production. Disgorged on April 9, 2025.
