Pét Nat 2025

Pét Nat, or Pétillant Naturell, means naturally sparkling and is a sparkling wine produced through fermentation.

Nose: Citrus fruits, quince, slightly yeasty

Mouth: invigorating, acidic, green apple

Production: Hand-picked Riesling grapes, pressed directly. Aged in stainless steel and bottled by hand shortly before the end of fermentation. Further fermentation in the bottle naturally produced carbon dioxide.
